Hotkeys are ready very quickly after boot. Standard: Uses the Startup folder. Starts a bit later (after Explorer loads). You can switch the mode anytime in the app. How to use (30-second setup) Install and launch Shortcut Manager. Click Add → choose File / Folder / URL / App. Pick your hotkey and Save. (Optional) Enable Autostart and choose Fast or Standard. Press your hotkey anywhere—your target opens instantly. Requirements Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) Standard user is fine; installer may request admin to register/unregister autostart cleanly. Privacy & Security No telemetry, no network calls. First run may show “Unknown publisher” (the app isn’t code-signed yet). Click More info → Run anyway. Uninstall Use Settings → Apps (or “Add/Remove Programs”) and uninstall Shortcut Manager.
